The 6th annual Pigtown Festival being held Saturday September 8th, 2007 at the 700 block of Washington Blvd will be hosting it's 3rd Pooch Pageant , crowning the dog with the best costume, most talented, and the pooch with the most pigtown spirit! A 100.00 cash will be awarded to the winner, runner ups will receive gifts from Lucky Lucys Canine Cafe of Federal Hill. Judging begins at 215pm! May the best pooch win!
