Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself (and my wife) to the board. My name is Omar and my wife's name is Shirien and we recently moved into 322 Scott St. I've been in Baltimore for almost 4 years now (from california) and my wife since we got married 3 years ago (from florida) and we've lived in the city the whole time. As for hobbies, ours appears to be moving, but I'm really trying to quit that habit with this home! I've lived in Otterbein, Canton, Federal Hill and Patterson Park before finally settling in here. And since we love to eat out (and do it waaaay too much), our other hobby seems to be finding new favorite places to eat. BTW, can't wait for the new coffee shop to open up! Oh yeah, I'm a pharmacist and my wife is a lawyer, but don't hold that against her. Looking forward to meeting you guys.

Welcome!! My husband Neil and I live at 109 Scott Street (the house on the first block with the raggedy "yard" next to it, and the alley going back to the parking lot). We'd love to meet you!

Welcome to the neighborhood! We're right next to you at 304 Scott. I can tell we have a lot in common! Our favorite hobby is eating out too, although sadly that probably has to come to an end now that we're new homeowners Hope to see you around soon! Lauren & Ryan

Um, no, you can't stop eating out just because you bought a house. Otherwise you're defeating the purpose of moving into a neighbourhood that will soon have an awesome coffeehouse. :-)
They poured the concrete for the basement floor. I'm taking my ServSafe (aka "warm meat is bad") class soon...
It's coming along. Save your pennies. ;-)
