Hi all, Just thought I'd introduce myself around here. (btw, I think the forum is a great idea). I've recently purchased and moved into 318 Otterbein St., along with my girlfriend who will be attending UM Med. school in August. I work in Rockville, but will be attempting to work from home three days a week or so. We're both very excited to be living here, and are looking forward to working on the house and meeting all the neighbors (the one's we've met so far have been great). Hope all are doing well. Bryan and Mandy

Hey welcome to the neighborhood. My wife and I first moved here so we could both go to school at U MD as well. You should come out to one of our community meetings for a good chance to get to know the people in the neighborhood. Thats where I first met a lot of people here

Welcome! Many BC residents came in as students, and many of those have stuck around. Glad to have you here. The neighborhood is full of great and interesting people, so you should enjoy it. As Jayson said, attending the meetings is a good way to meet the other neighbors. Until we get our coffeeshop (or whatever it becomes) back open, we don't have a lot of "hang out" places. But in time I am certain you will meet many more. Looking forward to meeting you. -bill

welcome! my husband and I live on Scott Street and are often outside working on the house or yard (the empty lot at the corner of Scott and Ridgley's Alley).
Glad to have you in the neighborhood.
