update: SOO's has closed... I'll leave this up in case it reopens sometime.
11 West Preston Street www.sooskimcheehouse.comI read about this place in Baltimore magazine, then we stumbled upon it one night. The food was way yummy. The menu is descriptive, so if you're a newbie to food like this, you can figure out what to order from the descriptions. Oh, except, it never defines "kimchee" but I guess they expect you know that much if you venture in there (I didn't). The appetizer (kimchee mandoo) was plentiful and yummy. I had a coconut curry lemongrass soup full of seafood, and that was really good too. My husband had something he compared to a house lo mein, but with cellophane noodles, that was delicious but a pretty small portion. It's BYOB and they happily corked and poured our wine for us. Service was good.

I tried to go there about 2 hours ago but they are closed for lunch during Saturday and Sunday afternoons.. so we ended up going to Nam Kang which was pretty tasty as well
