I've been dying for Thai food lately -- anyone have a favourite?

Have you tried Thia Arroy on Light Street in Federal Hill? Great food, small place, and better yet it is BYOB with no corking fee!

Yay! Thanks for the suggestions -- I've driven by the Thai place on Light Street -- glad to know it's a winner. Pad Thai here I come! :-)

Carol- Ban Thai at 340 North Charles is great and parking is free on the street after 6PM. It's not the most classy place, but the food is amazing. I've never been disappointed.

I am also a big fan of Thai Arroy on Light Street. One of my favorite Thai places and restaurants in Baltimore!

Thanks -- I've driven by Thai Arroy a few times, too. And free parking always works. :-)

I'm coming in late to this post, but have you tried Thai Restaurant? On Greenmount, near 33rd St. I'm pretty sure that's considered the Waverly neighborhood there. www.baltimorecollegetown.org/asp/activity_detail.asp?activityID=74Not the most creative name and doesn't look so great on the outside, but the food is great, the prices are right, and its a nice quiet place on the inside. Often rated as one of the best in Baltimore! There's street parking in the front, but also a small parking lot around the back, with a backdoor entrance too. Hard to tell if its your first time there.
