;D I guess I'll be the first to review Evelyn's here - it's official - we have a new, wonderful coffee shop!!!! yay!!!! Neil and I headed down to see Carol at Evelyn's today, and had some good coffee and tasty bagels. The lunch menu looks delicious and is very reasonably priced. I can't wait to go back. Oh, and I guess to be official, I'll give you the info: Evelyn's Cafe 784 Washington Blvd. 410.230.0651 www.evelynscafe.comHours: M-F 7:30 - 3:30, Sa-Su 9 - 3

I'll second that. Had lunch there and was impressed. Great sandwiches, smoothies and wonderful atmosphere. A nice addition to our neighborhood.

I will third that; although I only had the coffee which was delicious and a chocolate chunk cookie. I appreciated the understanding that chunks make a far better cookie than chips; although that could be open to debate.

Thanks you guys!!! I hope to see you all again very soon. The hours are indeed correct -- and on weekends I'm open 9 AM to 3 PM, both Saturday and Sunday.

The hot chocolate has been very well received. I make it with dark chocolate....Guittard dark chocolate.

I've been dying to get in there but have been away for the holidays and now work. I'm hoping to stop in Friday morning! Sounds like I'm going to have trouble deciding what to try first!

I can't wait to get in there!! I can never get in during the week, but we're coming in for breakfast on Saturday with some friends and I can't wait. There's nothing wrong with having a cookie for breakfast, right??

Hi Carol-
I can't wait to stop by! I've been holed up for a while as I'm nearing the end of my pregnancy. Once the twins arrive and we can get out, you'll be one of our first stops. Look for us this spring.

Is there anything I can bring you? I was in bed towards the end of my pregnancy with Myles, and while I couldn't have coffee, it was nice when someone would stop by and visit. (And bring food...OMG did I EAT. Thank God my cravings were all fruit-related...)
I can't wait to meet the twins!! I'll have to buy more highchairs!!

sharicca, I second that. If you need anything, will you let us know? Can I bring you a casserole? Can you make a list of last-minute errands you need run so I can do them for you over the weekend? I would really like to help you. I know I valued my last few weeks before Abby came so that I could get all the last minute stuff done, and I don't know what I would have done had I been on bedrest.
